Month-of Coordinator Package

This package is perfect for the couple has the planning under control but can’t run their wedding and be in their wedding at the same time! CJES is there keep things running smooth and allow you, your family, and your friends to have a day filled with joy and love.  The package includes:

  • First consultation and get-to-know-you meeting to discuss ideas, dreams, your needs, and your budget for the wedding day

  • Custom Slack channel for communication to be housed in one location

  • Monthly check ins with your assigned coordinator to review your planning timeline, make sure you’re on track, and give you a chance to ask questions

  • Meeting to collect all vendor & venue information, including copies of contracts as well as review your wedding day details and attendant information

  • Confirmation of all vendors and timelines, verification of payments, distribution of the wedding day itinerary to the vendors

  • Assist with rehearsal at ceremony site and distribution of wedding day itinerary to bridal party and officiant

  • Execute all wedding plans and details in accordance with the clients wishes:

    • Greet deliveries at both reception and ceremony sites

    • Supervise and assist all set up for décor

    • Distribute any final payments to vendors

    • Supervise ceremony and reception site and assist as needed

    • Arrange for end of event details including: gift loading and transport, packaging of cake, gathering flowers, and return of rented items

    • Supervise and assist in clean-up of both ceremony and reception sites.

  • Email, phone or text contact as needed

  • Add on any planning service to this package for $250 per service
